4.0− I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. There is no room service available, only self-service, which was not mentioned beforehand. The mobile network coverage is extremely poor, with little to no signal, making it impossible to stay connected or work remotely. If you’re planning to visit during July, be aware that the situation is even more challenging. Due to the weather and connectivity issues, it is not suitable for working professionals or anyone who needs reliable mobile network access while traveling. The staff were unresponsive and not very helpful whenever assistance was needed. Additionally, the road leading to the hotel is in very poor condition, making access inconvenient, especially during the monsoon season. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel because of the lack of basic services, poor connectivity, unresponsive staff, and difficult access.

1.0− We had a very disappointing experience at Moustache Shoja. The café staff’s behavior was not satisfactory. During breakfast, even after requesting, we were informed that only one paratha would be served per person, which felt quite restrictive. The food quality was also below expectations. The chicken served had an unpleasant smell, indicating that it was not fresh . we had to return the dish. We hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves both customer service and food quality for future guests.

− Internet was pathetic. Mobile network big issue. Cafe a bit pricey and delayed service.
Mostly, the overall stay was okay but the cafe’s timings of serving and a warm staff will be surely more helpful.
8.0The location, though the climb off the main road is indeed an inconvenience.
− The manager or the front desk person can be more kind and considerate.
