The inner yard is cozy. Plenty of street side parking. The staff is proactive and helpful.

− It is very expensive for what it is. We took it for 1 week and the next week we got a whole villa in much better condition and much closer to the sea for significantly cheaper. The main problem is mold. The washing machine was so moldy and stinky, my wife had to spend an evening trying to clean it at least to a state where it is not super gross to use. I have photos, but I will probably not add them here. After each washing cycle if you leave the washing machine door open - it is impossible to stay in that room (main room that is) because of the smell. And no, aromatic sticks placed here and there in the apartment do not help. It is overpowering. Even some dishes had mold growing on any deeper scratch. Until ventilation is sorted out - this will remain a problem. Another annoyance was the sliding bathroom door. It is very heavy and the mechanism is very noisy. If you need to use it during the night - you will wake up not only your own kids but maybe even neighbors. The location isn't fantastic either - technically you can walk to the sea, but not during the hot months. And there is nothing much around in walking distance. Maybe apart from some small cafe. So you will need to use a car. Not the end of the world, but nothing to brag about either. We would not go there again. Looks much better in photos than in real life.

- Locatie is prachtig en rustig. Wel wat donker appartement omdat er weinig lichtinval/zon in appartement komt door de bomen - Keukenuitrusting was zeer compleet. Meer aanwezigheid van keukenbenodigdheden zoals olijfolie en kruiden, vaatwastabletten zou wel heel fijn zijn. - in tegenstelling tot beloofd in filmpje lag er geen fles water, fles wijn en chocolade in de koelkast. Is later ook niet gebracht. Had wel service geweest en hadden we erg fijn gevonden.

− - strandhanddoeken aanbieden zou geweldig zijn omdat als je maar paar dagen komt met vliegtuig het fijn is als die er liggen

Maravilloso lugar de paz

Es un apartamento ideal. Está totalmente equipado e impecable. No le falta detalle alguno y la decoración es exquisita. La urbanización es muy cómoda y tranquila, las piscinas muy amplias y cuando estuvimos nosotros no muy transitadas. La playa está a escasos 6 minutos en coche al igual que el bonito pueblo de Moraira. En definitiva, un lugar muy especial para pasar unos días muy tranquilos y en familia. Por último destacar al anfitrión por haber estado muy atento en todo momento. Repetiremos seguro!

Estuvimos muy bien en la Casita de Valentina. Tanto por el trato recibido, recomendaciones de restaurantes, súpers... Y porque estuvimos muy cómodos. Se respira tranquilidad, es un ambiente muy tranquilo.
