O imóvel é amplo, acomoda com tranquilidade 4 pessoas e 2 pets de porte pequeno. Sofá muito confortável (inclusive para dormir), boa televisão smart TV, boa máquina de lavar. Localização do apartamento é ótima. Os ventiladores de teto são suficientes e não sentimos necessidade de ar-condicionado. Funcionários do prédio muito educados e solícitos. Vaga de garagem rotativa, coberta.
