Apartamento espectacular, como nuevo y muy amplio. Casi todas las habitaciones tienen baño propio. Al lado de puerta del Sol.

− Tardamos casi 2h en poder acceder al apartamento, no funcionaba la apertura de la puerta y cada vez que llamabamos nos decian una cosa diferente, y resulta que las instrucciones que nos dieron estaban incompletas. Al final nos enviaron el acceso correcto y todo se arregló.

The location was fantastic—very central, right in the middle of everything, and incredibly well-connected. The apartment itself was very spacious and perfectly accommodated our group of five people. Additionally, the air conditioning worked great, and having a lift in the building was a major plus.

− Communication with the agency was highly frustrating. They only replied to our initial message upon arrival and completely ignored us for the rest of our stay. The biggest issue was the building access. As a group of five, we were only given one digital entry link. Every time someone used it, a validation code was sent to just one single email address. Because we weren't always together, this required one person to constantly be on standby to send codes to everyone else. We asked the agency if we could register additional emails for individual access, but they ignored our request. Consequently, one night the person holding the email access was asleep, and the rest of the group was locked out of the building for an hour and a half. Furthermore, the cleanliness was only surface-level. While it looked okay at first glance, less obvious areas were neglected. The luggage storage space at the top of the closet was covered in a thick layer of dust, leaving my suitcase completely filthy after putting it up there.

− No dispone de champú y jabón de manos en los baños, tampoco tenía café e infusiones. Algunas piezas de los baños estaban algo estropeadas como el botón de cisterna y la rejilla de ducha

− Me parece que se podría mejorar la entrega de llaves aunque el personal fue muy atento, falta mejorar un poco en eso

The apartment was nice at the great location

− The whole process of picking up the keys was a complete mess. I tried contacting the host on WhatsApp several days before arrival, as well as on the day we arrived, but nobody answered my calls or messages. They sent instructions for entering the apartment, so my group and I arrived at the correct address at 3 PM, but there was no key box and no keys. At first, they also ignored my messages on Booking. When they finally replied, they simply resent the same instructions along with a video that I couldn’t open on my phone. Later they sent the video through WhatsApp, but the building shown in the video was not even the correct one. After that, they sent us to another address to pick up the keys and access the apartment. I picked up the keys, but none of the apartment doors in that building were marked the way the instructions described. I ended up randomly trying different apartments and wasting a lot of time. The customer service representative was responding to messages, but honestly had no idea what was going on. After unsuccessfully trying every apartment in the second building, I became desperate and went back to the first address. I asked the lady from customer service if maybe the keys were at the second location but the actual apartment was at the original address. She said that couldn’t be possible — but that was exactly the case. I went back to the first address, up to the 4th floor, and finally managed to enter the apartment. I also want to mention that the apartment door itself had no marking either, so entering it was basically just a guess. The apartment looked like the pictures, although it was a bit dirty and one chair was broken. At that point, however, I was just relieved that we had finally gotten inside and didn’t care anymore. After we checked out, they accused me of breaking some plug, which is completely false. When I asked for proof, a video, or even the exact location of the alleged damage, they sent nothing. Honestly, I’m not even sure
