A beautiful apartment in a wonderful part of Italy

A beautifully appointed apartment, with lots of space and natural light. It was spotlessly clean and very nicely decorated. A lovely big balcony which was great for eating/drinking overlooking the lake. A great location for exploring Molveno and the surrounding area. Our host (Marika) was very attentive and although we didn't need to ask her for anything, it was useful to know she was able to help and answer any questions.

Because there were several small issues in the apartment, she genuinely tried to compensate for them by offering guest passes and access to facilities and pools at other hotels. We appreciated these efforts very much, even though we eventually decided not to make use of those offers. We especially want to thank her for agreeing to refund the last two days of our stay. She was not obligated to do this, yet she still decided to help us, and we genuinely appreciate that gesture very much. The apartment itself also had many positive aspects. The location is excellent, it is spacious enough, well equipped for cooking and sleeping, and most things seemed fairly new. The underground garage was also perfect, and overall we were very satisfied with the apartment itself.

− Unfortunately, there was one major issue that became unacceptable for us during our stay. The apartment below us was cooking regularly, and through the ventilation/extractor system, cooking smells and even smoke were pushed directly into our apartment. Whenever the apartment below switched on their extractor fan, we could clearly hear it through the ventilation system. I even have photos and videos showing smoke being pushed into our apartment through the extractor system from the apartment below. Because our daughter has a chronic illness (CF), this situation was absolutely unacceptable for us and was ultimately the decisive reason why we left two days earlier than planned. Apart from this major issue, there were only a few smaller things: some dust in the corners, a shower head and some lights that was not functioning properly, and the teddy bears in the apartment that were a bit dusty. We solved these small issues ourselves.

Wszystko! Naprawdę, zaczynając od czystości, wielości pomieszczeń, przytulności, wygody łóżek, poprzez pachnące ręczniki, miłe koce, pełne wyposażenie kuchni i łazienki, na dużym tarasie i przepięknym widoku skończywszy 😌
