Shirley, la mujer encargada de este apartamento, es muy servicial y en Whatsapp reacciona de inmediato si hay cualquier requisito. El apartamento es espacioso, bien equipado y la terraza es magnífica - un lugar perfecto para relajarse (se puede ver hasta el cañon si no hay nubes). Gracias a la pequeñez de Aratoca, todo lo que uno pueda necesitar queda a un tiro de piedra.

− Algunas partes del apartamento merecerían limpieza más profunda o más frecuente (había pelos en la ducha y otros restos que dejaron los huéspedes anteriores como envolturas de plástico en el suelo y en el baño). Nunca logré ducharme en agua caliente - a pesar de haber esperado varios minutos, siempre fluía solo agua fría o, como máximo, tibia.

La amabilidad de las personas que lo alquilan. La cocina es muy cómoda

− El agua caliente no funciona bien y a veces sale muy caliente y otras veces no prende. El jacuzzi tampoco cuenta con agua caliente y esto es incómodo porque el clima del municipio es frío. Las habitaciones son un poco oscuras y no hay suficientes cobijas para las noches y madrugadas frías.
