− Despite the beauty and cleanliness, three things were a barrier to a high rating. Basement , so always cold. One space heater to help but I had no heat control. Always cold. Heat controlled by host. Noisy. Lots of movement upstairs so you are hearing that. Also hot water was warm but not hot. The water heater temp needs turning up. Concerned about shower and dishes not hot. Last but not least. Two, cute but very loud yappy dogs. Constantly barking. The owner apologized for the dogs but she has no control.

7.0Everything was clean ,appliance were new, Nicely decorated and relaxing,clean bathroom with two sink ,there books for kids and board games .
− Neighbours on top where noisy,only when they were outside on their porch, when they were inside didn’t hear a sound ,don’t know if they were regular tenant’s or they were renting as a bed and breakfast but lots of marijuana smoking I personally didn’t feel comfortable being outside while they were outside ,especially since I had 2 kids with me.

10.0Loved everything about this place, it was everything we needed while at our hockey tournament. The apartment was well equipped with what you need, it was spacious. The owners were absolutely wonderful and accommodating as well as helpful.
