Nette Loftwohnung in schöner und günstiger Lage für Trips nach Passau und Umgebung.
7.0Das Ambiente, die Einrichtung und die Lage des Hauses und der Wohnung. Vom oberen Schlafbereich hat man eine schöne Aussicht und auch der PC-Arbeitsplatz ist klasse mit zusätzlicher Ausstattung. Mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen, Parkmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden.
− Da anscheinend die eigebaute Klimanlage kaputt war, hatte man notdürftig eine mobile Anlage an die Wand neben dem Balkon "gezimmert". Das sah leider etwas nach "Baustelle" aus. Die (Ikea) Sitzcouch war dermaßen unbequem zum Sitzen, anscheinend schon etwas durchgesessen, als weitere Schlafcouch wäre das keine Freude gewesen. In der schönen Küche fehlte es etwas an Kochutensilien, nur ein kleiner Wassertopf, keine Pfanne oder ein großer Topf für Nudeln z.b.. Ein Sonnenschirm für den netten kleinen Balkon wäre wünschenswert.
Passt alles, Preis-leistung sind völlig in Ordnung

Gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, Passau mit dem Auto nur 1/4 Stunde entfernt
7.0Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet. Meist unkomplizierter Kontakt mit Vermieter. Problemlose Schlüsselübergabe. Infos durch den Vermieter über Guest App. Geschäfte (Bäcker, Nahrungsmittelsupermarkt) in unmittelbarer Nähe. Kurze Entfernung nach Passau.
− Manches hatte schon deutliche Gebrauchsspuren (Möbel), war defekt (z. B. Wäscheständer) oder war nicht ganz sauber (Vorhang). WLAN hat nicht immer funktioniert. Nur ein Satz Handtücher trotz zweiwöchigem Aufenthalt. Raucher auf anliegenden Balkons. Nur drei Parkplätze, waren zum Teil sehr eng und nicht immer frei, dann musste man sich einen Parkplatz in der Nähe suchen, das war aufgrund der Parkverbote nicht ganz einfach.
