Historically interesting accommodation and stunning scenery.

Character of house and location. Fixtures and fittings to high standard. Privacy and quietness around the property. Access to other interesting areas for visiting.

− Had little or no knowledge of the road conditions to the property. Very steep and winding road from Hebden to it, not only extremely steep, cobbled and single track at the start. Info re this before would be helpful.

Lovely house. Easy instructions to follow to get into house, use appliances etc... super cosy and relaxing. Would come back.

− My only comment would be it is quite a walk from hebden. Easy on way down, through fields. Luckily taxis in Hebden are very easy to get and only £6 back to house on New Years Eve. As walk is too far and steep! So its not really a problem.

The location was fantastic. The views were beautiful. It was lovely and quiet and had everything we could want. It’s the prefect get away from it all hideaway. Great facilities and everything you ever need without going out. Lynda the owner was great too. She left a lovely basket of treats which we all enjoyed and she left lots of lovely little touches to make it feel so homely. Thank you Linda. X

Perfect in every way ☺️ thank you for our stay. Trevor our dog had the best time and says thanks for his treat. The welcome basket is fantastic. Everything was thought of and we will be booking again Lots of history to learn about around the cottage, old town hall water ways and mills, which I loved 😍
