8.0Il residence è un po' datato, ma l'appartamento è ristrutturato, con bagno e mobili nuovi, fornito di tutto quello che può servire. Il valore aggiunto è dato dalla posizione centralissima e dalla comodità di avere il posto auto nel parcheggio condominiale.

− materassi ikea a molle, da primo prezzo, molto sottili e scomodi attrezzatura da cucina "a casaccio": un bicchiere in meno, una pentola non adatta all'induzione Induzione regolata al minimo sindacale, difficile far bollire l'acqua appartamento trovato freddo e umido. Ok la bassa stagione, ma un'accensione prima del nostro arrivo non avrebbe fatto male phone giocattolo stendino per panni rotto in due punti, non stava in piedi

10.0Alloggio in una posizione comodissima, a due passi dal centro e dal Lungomare, con posteggio privato a 50 metri chiuso da cancello. Lontano dal rumore, ma centralissimo. Ben pulito, moderno. Leggermente ridotte le dimensioni ma ben attrezzato, con terrazzo privato sul davanti, cortile con giardinetto in comune sul posteriore comodissima a chi come me viaggiava con bambini. Ottimi prezzi per navi e noleggio motorino.

10.0Carinissimo e pulito! Ben ristrutturati con posto auto riservato. Terrazzino privato. A pochissimi passi dalla spiaggia e dalla via centrale. Climatizzatori fondamentali! Grazie anche per L’ottimo prezzo per la prenotazione nave e traghetto
