located close to beach plenty of room for our group to spread out host was quick to respond and sort out the problem we had with the locked box

− accom was great early start from the cafes below was abit noisy -which we were aware of...but they were handy for a coffee on the way back from a walk :-)

− Stairs . beds very hard , extremely noisy with cafes downstairs from very early morning including kitchen vent coming up through living room noisy and vibrations . Parking and entrance very untidy for a high profile position and quality interior
