6.0Apartment was modern (as the title implies) and very spacious. Beds were comfortable. Came with all of the dishes, utensils, and cookware you may need. TVs in every room. Only 1 or 2 blocks away from Collins Avenue (main street along the beach in Sunny Isles) and across from the Acqualina resort.
− Didn't include basic toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, or body wash. Bedding was looked like it was picked out by my grandmother. The building was old, ugly, and worn. The apartment looks like an 8/10, but the building looks like a 4/10. The elevator broke once or twice and I was forced to take 7 flights of stairs.
