The location was excellent. Close to Bond Street metro and to excellent shopping and restaurants.

− It was a little noisy on Saturday night. Earplugs required as their are restaurants on the street below with outside tables that are opened to early hours.

The location of the property was excellent. It was clean and renovated. And Salvo, who handed over the apartment to us, was the friendliest and most helpful person I have ever met. We could easily reach him whenever we called, and our issues were resolved. Thank you, Salvo.

Die Lage ist perfekt! Eine hervorragende und sehr freundliche Kommunikation, bereits auch im Vorfeld. Es hat alles ganz super geklappt, wir waren topp zufrieden! Die Ansprechpartner standen für uns jederzeit zur Verfügung und haben sofort auf unsere Fragen reagiert. Alle super nett, auch die Wohnung ist absolut süß und sehr zu empfehlen. Grundsätzlich ist London in allem sehr teuer, das ist ja auch nichts Neues, daher habe ich einen Punkt weniger beim Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis gegeben, da die Preise in London insgesamt in allem sehr hoch sind. Die Wohnung hat sogar eine Waschmaschine, es war(en) genug Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Ersatztücher etc. vorhanden. Sogar Kaffeekapseln! Als wir ankamen, war der Tisch sehr liebevoll gedeckt, man hat sich von Beginn an echt wohl gefühlt. Was uns auch gefallen hat, ist, dass die Wohnung topp liegt, man ist sofort auf der Oxford Street und in der Stadt oder in dem wunderschönen Bezirk Marylebone, eine super schöne Wohngegend mit tollen Restaurants und Bars. Man ist mitten „im Leben“.

− Uns hat alles super gefallen. Wer viel kochen möchte, dem könnte möglicherweise die Spülmaschine fehlen, für uns war es kein Problem, wir haben in der Wohnung nur gemütlich gefrühstückt und das Frühstücksgeschirr abzuspülen war kein Problem .

Loved it had two separate bedrooms and the location is excellent. Next to Selfridges (luxury department store), Bond Street station. Salvo and Jerry were very nice and welcoming. The beds sleept fine and they even had a mobile aircon unit.

− It has nothing to do with the property, but still… Every morning there was a pile of rubbish on the street in front of the door. Somehow this gave us an icky feeling.

La ubicación fuera de serie, apartamento muy luminoso y amplio en pleno Marylebone, a un paso de restaurantes y cafes, a 1 cuadra de Oxford Street.

− Algunas cosas con espacio de mejora; por ej. dejan cápsulas de cafe y unas cajitas de agua, y un paquete de azucar abierto, podrían ser mas generosos dejando algún snack, pastillas para la lavadora por ejemplo. En la ducha el agua no sale bien caliente. El mobiliario es extraño, demasiado grande para el espacio, sobran muebles. Tener presente que son 2 pisos por escalera.
