− The grill. We really wanted to use the grill but there was no propane. Also the king size room the bed was super hard.

Not a good value for what we paid - property very dated and in need of maintenance overall.

Location was great! Check-in and check-out instructions and support from the office was good. The property accommodated the 8 of us, which was good.

− The overall stay was pretty disappointing considering the money we paid. The pictures of the property on line are what drew us and those pictures are deceptive and very dated. Table lamps in the upper and king bedrooms did not work, making it very dark at night to do anything in those areas. The microwave handle came off at the bottom as did the handle to the utensil draw, that we had to fix ourselves. The tub in the bunk bedroom was too slippery to be used by my elderly parents. And we were COLD! The blankets were extremely skimpy in all bedrooms - we never expected to all be cold at night. So, in all, we understand it's a dated property, but obviously not being maintained to even basic standards. No thorough cleanings or maintenance checks are being done on a regular basis to ensure things are working and properly cleaned.

Great stay for big groups and good location

The house was clean, tidy and spacious for our friends, family, kids and pets. The location was good and about 30 minutes drive to all the activities we had planned. We appreciated the key code to enter as we didn't all come/go at the same time. The owner was great at providing a video with directions to the house at the top of the hill.

− There were more details following the initial booking which I didn't expect and a required form filled out for the residential leasing office. Despite having three cars, we were only permitted to park two of them in front of the house with a mandatory parking pass, while the third car had to be parked at the bottom of the hill. I did notice a few minor maintenance issues within the house, which I promptly communicated to the owner, although they were not major concerns.
