− La propreté laisse à désirer. Piscine sale et non entretenue. Déjeuner très mauvais avec rien au menu.

− La chambre qui nous avait été attribuée était catastrophique (odeur d’égout, pas de tuyau au niveau du lavabo, etc) mais le réceptionniste n’a pas discuté et nous a changé immédiatement de chambre. L’eau de la piscine était trouble … Pas de nettoyage de chambre .. quand je suis allée demander pourquoi, on m’a dit qu’il fallait demander.. j’ai demandé et on m’a dit que c’était trop tard. Le prix n’est pas excessif, certes mais on peut trouver aisément mieux.

− Bastant brut, fa molt de temps que no es neteja darrera les tauletes de nit, i a la zona del restaurant sempre hi havia restes de menjar.

8.0Stay was okay. Glad that there is a toilet/bathroom inside the room. Staff were very helpful especially in booking the train going to Luang Prabang and also the activities! Breakfast was okay too. Hostel is in a really great location - very close to almost everything.
− I hope they can maintain to tidy the area were guests put their footwears.
