1.0− pochissima comunicazione all'arrivo, pulizia scadente, poltroncine e sedie macchiate, impianto elettrico con prese bruciate, aria condizionata scarica, cassettone del letto rotto, muffa sui muri, finestre senza davanzale a 50 centimetri da terra (al quinto piano, impossibile portarci bambini).

10.0Muy bien indicado todo para hacer el check-in. El equipo de GestHouse nos resolvió todas las dudas y la comunicación fue muy fluida con ellos. Respecto al alojamiento todo bien, lo mejor la ubicación, al lado de la estación principal y con todo tipo de transporte cerca, aunque lo mejor de Turín centro es recorrerla andando. Repetiríamos!

− L appartamento troppo al buio ,letto scomodissimo formiche che camminano per casa. Per niente confortevole!!!

− El tener que comunicar en inglés. Apartamento muy sucio con mucho ruido desde las 7 de la mañana carga y descarga del supermercado que hay debajo. Se quedó con la agencia para pasar a limpiar y nos dieron plantón. Somier roto colchon sucio almohadas amarillas los mangos de la escoba y la fregona rotos,el tostador con cachos de pan un cajón debajo de la cama roto un enchufe suelto.Las bombillas fundidas. Aspirador roto y sujeto por partes unidas con cello trasparente.La cocina no se utilizo por estar demasiada sucia. Las puertas de los armarios y la campana extractora llena de grasa,frigo pequeño sin puerta en el espacio del congélacion.Las sillas alta co manches y sin forrar
The keys will be collected in our office in via Filippo 24 in Turin, from 11:00 to 13:00 and from 14:00 to 23:00. It will be possible to enter the apartment after 15:00. It will be possible to leave your luggage in the office, collect the keys and access the apartment once cleaning is finished, by 3:00 pm. We will provide you with further instructions one week before check in. After 21, check-in directly at the apartment is possible with the following extra costs: EUR 25 from 21:00 to 23:00 - EUR 30 from 23:00 to 00:00 - EUR 40 from 00:00 until 01:30.
All requests for late arrivals are subject to confirmation by the property. The last possible check-in, even paying the supplement is 01:30.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
