Schönes Haus mit so viel mehr potenzial. Leider ernüchternd.
5.0Das Haus war sehr schön, gross und geräumig. Die Lage des Hauses war sehr angenehm. Strandzugang direkt hinter dem Haus. Gedeckter und geschlossener Parkplatz. Für eine Gruppe von freunden, wäre das Haus sicher Toll.
− Sehr schlechte Raumaufteilung. Das Geschirr ist Vintag, für eine Vermietung wirklich nicht toll. Keine richtigen Gläse, nur Metalbecher. Teller waren auch nicht wirklich ausreichend für 7 Personen. Zudem waren keine schwarzen Abfalleimer vorhanden. (Für italien eigentlich pflicht). Wir mussten den Abfall in den tüten an die Strasse legen, natürlich wurden diese nicht mitgenommen. Der Geschirrspüler hat auch nicht funktioniert. Die Essstühle sehen zwar schön aus, sind aber absolut unbequem zum sitzen. Die Veranda Möbel sind alle beschädigt und in die Jahre gekommen. Mussten einige sogar zur Seite stellen, da die Füsse kaputt waren. Die Toilettenspülungen waren auch nicht ohne. Man musste praktisch pumpen das sie spülte. Ebenso der nicht existente Wasserdruck in der Dusche. Autos die einem zum Teil fast das Garagentor zuparkierten. Da sollte ein Verbotschild hin. Mussten uns immer rausmanövrieren. Für uns leider etwas enttäuschend.
