The location is lovely, you're close to many coffee places and the trainstation, and Buy&Bite across the street is a recommendation for tasty, Japanese takeaway food and very kind staff. The apartment is light, and getting the keys from the lockbox was easy enough.

− The materials and furniture used in the apartment were a little outdated and/or broken (crack in window, bed creaking loudly, missing dry towels in the kitchen). Additionally, there was a lot of noise from both trucks driving out back as well as the train station. Earplugs recommended! Lastly, contact with the staff of the apartment via Booking.com turned out to be difficult and so we hadn't received a response on our inquiry for quite a few days until we contacted them directly. But that time their response was quite fast!

Spacious flat. Easy access to tube.

− Bed frame extremely noisy on minimal movement. To get a good night's sleep we had to put the mattress on the floor. Shower holder was broken. Would have to be a midget to be able to stand underneath it. Area itself was extremely noisy till 3.30 in the morning. If you don't mind pub noise then all OK. Tv reception was inconsistent as coming through WiFi.

Amazing location! Train station, restaurants, bars, co-op & breakfast spots right on the door step. The flat was a great size & had everything we needed inc a fan for the heatwave experianced at the weekend. Owner was very responsive & quick to remedy the missing iron.

− The bed & bedding seriously need to be upgraded... thin metal bed frame was comically noisy & 1 lumpy pillow each. Felt the mattress had little support/was too soft. Also suggest a new soundproof bedroom patio door/window.. Fabric nightclub is opposite the back & very noisy with people chatting to the wee hours in the courtyard. (Maybe the cracked glass didn't help?). Finally the shower head raiser was broken so unable to adjust height.

Convenient Location

− The toilet was very dirty - I cleaned it with bleach over my stay to clean it and by the time I left the toilet bowel was much cleaner. The bed was completely unacceptable. Very unstable, creaked and groaned at every movement. I had to take the mattress off the bed and put it in the floor to get any sleep at all! The lock was faulty on the front door to the building, once inside it could only be opened by a resident using an intercom. I messaged about these issues and asked for a partial refund but had no reply!

The location of the apartment was excellent — very close to the метро and not far from the train station, which made getting around very convenient. The neighborhood was calm and quiet, but at the same time there were shops, bars, and everything we needed nearby. We also found the apartment very easily. When we arrived, the apartment was a bit cold. However, there was a boiler/heating system installed in the apartment. After we contacted the host, he responded immediately, kindly helped us turn the heating on, and apologized many times for the inconvenience. After that, the apartment became very warm and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped, there were enough kitchen utensils and good dishes, and everything worked properly. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and enjoyed our time there.

− The only thing we would like to draw the hosts’ attention to is the bed in the bedroom. The mattress itself was comfortable, and overall it was fine to sleep on, however the metal bed frame was very squeaky. It made a lot of noise with even the slightest movement, which caused us to wake up repeatedly during the night whenever one of us turned over or moved in sleep. Unfortunately, this significantly affected the quality of our rest. After an almost sleepless first night, we decided to sleep on the sofa the following night. We would kindly suggest that the hosts consider replacing the bed or fixing this issue, as it had a noticeable impact on our sleep quality and overall experience.
