Very nice functional apartment in a great location. The host was very responsive and very warm. The internet was good as well. Absolutely no issues with the apartment.

Host was excellent at communicating with us throughout, she made the stay that much better. Had a small issue as I typed the wrong code in lock box (my fault!)...she was immediately available to assist me with this. She also kindly allowed us to check-in an hour earlier. Property was super clean, spacious and on the 15th floor, so beautiful east-facing view. Couldn't fault the apartment or stay. Host left us fresh fruit and a massive bottle of fresh water. Instructions were super clear and easy to follow. Would book this apartment again in a heartbeat if I ever return to Nairobi again. Rooftop pool was lovely, they even had games area with pool table / squash court. Decent gym (atlhough no AC so can get hot as day goes on as it is west-facing). Building was secure and safe - gated and security always present. Excellent location too.
