− Wifi issue and lifts are too much busy on the weekend checkout. We waited almost an hour with kids to get down from 17th floor.

5.0− The bedsheet had visible stains, and there was an unpleasant smell coming from the washroom. Additionally, the room was located very far from the parking area, making it inconvenient to access.
