Nous descendons dans ce Campanile tous les ans et d'habitude c'est parfait
8.0Contrairement à notre demande qui avait été acceptée nous n'avons pas eu de chambre au RDC: la réceptionniste nous a dit qu'il n'y en avait pas de disponible. Si je demande une chambre au RDC c'est que nous sommes un couple âgé et c'est dur de monter les valises sans ascenseur. Bonjour, nous accusons bonne réception de votre demande, une chambre au rez-de-chaussée vous a été attribuée. Bien à vous, la réception.
