Request for Cancellation and Complaint Regarding Lack of Communication

− I have been emailing both of these addresses, and I must say that the lack of communication on your part is unacceptable and reflects extremely POOR customer service. Since August 1, I had several questions because I was unable to access the hotel. Unfortunately, nowhere was it made clear that this hotel is only available to passengers who remain inside the boarding/transit area. By the time I arrived, I was no longer in that area. I asked several airport staff members if they could help me re-enter so I could access the hotel, but they all told me that it was simply not possible. I am from Bolivia, and it is not at all obvious that this hotel is exclusively for passengers who remain within the transit area. I find it completely unfair and frustrating that, as an international tourist unfamiliar with the procedures here, my messages went unanswered, the phone wasn't working either and on top of that, I am now being charged for a service that I was never able to use. I also noticed that my reservation 5488577361 was moved to a random date without my authorization. Once again, I am requesting that my reservation be canceled. The new date of August 8 does not work for me because I am no longer in Singapore, we left yesterday.

Good place to sleep overnight in the airport
7.0It was really great to be able to sleep in a bed during my 10 hr overnight layover in Changi Airport The place was very clean, the hotel side room quiet and single bed comfortable. Being able to take a shower and freshen up before my early morning flight was a game changer. The simple buffet breakfast in the lounge area was good. Coffee and a croissant did it for me.
− The hotel side where the bedrooms are was kept quite cold I got a good deal by booking well in advance, but even so felt it was expensive for a 6 hr stay

Ambassador Transit Lounge – Terminal 2 is located airside within Changi Airport, Terminal 2, Departure Transit area. Access is via the escalator near Changi Airport - Terminal 2, Transit Lounge South, near Transfer F, on the 3rd Floor, next to Dreamscape Attractions.
The Transit Lounge offers hourly lounge access, providing a comfortable space to sit and relax, along with food and beverages, shower facilities, and Wi-Fi. Lounge access is available for 3-hour, 5-hour, and 10-hour durations, as well as Nap Rooms for 6 hours or longer. Guests are advised to check the specified duration for each booking option.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
As the lounge is located airside in the Restricted/Transit area, transit travelers must NOT clear immigration or customs. This means that only passengers transiting through Singapore—traveling to another country without clearing Singapore’s arrival immigration—can access the lounge.
