Not very happy and very dissatisfied with this booking
1.0I checked in and I left, did not stay at the property at all due to false representation. Was very disappointed with the host and his treatment of my complaint regarding no sofa bed. Beware no sofa bed even though there are pictures showing a sofa bed.
− Property pictures showed a sofa bed and the property did not have it. Misleading and false advertising. Complained to host and he was rude to me and did not want to work with me to remedy the problem.
Please work on your communication.
1.0Property cancelled at midnight the day before I arrived, and I had to pay three times as much to get alternative booking. They mentioned booking.com will reach out to me and clearly didn’t inform booking. For two weeks i didn’t get my money back and the property owner, replied only in German. Furthermore, they continued sending automatic messages? I can see good reviews here, but if you don’t have it in you to actually be good hosts in a crisis and manage communication better, you’d better get yourself a different profession.
− They cancelled very last moment, didn’t communicate clearly and didn’t follow up on their side.
