Awful!!
1.0− This is not a luxury penthouse. It is a run down apartment. The bed linen was stained and ripped. The house smelt damp and was not clean. The bathroom ceiling was damaged and falling down. The blinds were also stained and the whole place was quite frankly awful. There was clearly no electrical or fire safety assessment on the property which is illegal. This property should not be rented to anyone until they rectify these issues.
This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
A deposit may be required at the property.
