9.0The size of the property was very good for our party - 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Reasonable distance to walk into town.
− Kitchen was small. Lots of cobwebs in rooms and on the windows. Helpful to have been told which day was rubbish would be collected.
Easy location in spacious home
8.0Good quiet location for us. Spacious & with its own parking space. Decent facilities; kitchen-ware, cutlery, crockery, tea, coffee, lots of loo roll!!
− Very uncomfortable sofa!! Outdoor furniture was rough. Home needed some TLC, & a good more thorough clean - it was far from dirty but definitely a “lived in” look about it. Wouldn’t put us off recommending it or staying again.

− Kitchen was not very well equipped.
Met all our needs and we were comfortable at a reasonable price.
10.0Very comfortable beds, very nice walk from the house into town, secure and convenient parking, easy to use smart TV, absolutely spotless.
− Slightly tricky identifying the lane for parking, could have done with a road map.

− It was not clean. Smell of dogs and smoking. First thing I did was wash the floors to try and get rid of smell. Dirty shower head. Mouldy shower curtain. Bathroom door lock broken. Hot tap in bathroom unusable, had to turn it really tight to stop it dripping.

9.0Great small townhouse in centre of town. Lots of space and three good rooms
− Still had some smoke smell from previous guests (very selfish). Slightly hard to locate in the little estate.
