Location was perfect for a show and downtown Detroit experience.

− There was a lot of rigamarole (authentication) etc. to start the process. It seems like it could be streamlined.

Would not return.

Location was good, apartment was spacious

− Difficult, dark, unsafe access to apartment keys down a back alleyway. (See pics) Apt was dirty, worn, NO sheets on the beds or available. First night we slept without sheets! Delivered by the door the next PM smelling of smoke so had to wash them ourselves. Not the luxury apartment that was charged or described.

The apartment itself was nice. All of the other problems made it a very bad experience.

Instructions for entry inadequate. Road construction made entry difficult. Lokbox difficult. If kitchen workers nearby had not helped, not sure what we would have done. They said many people had the same problem. Key fob did not include key to door and the instructions to unlock door were hit and miss.

− There was construction going on near our apartment on the fifth floor. very noisy and dirty. We were not aware until too late. Photos and a comprehensive summary was sent to Veronca, the manager. No reply. I followed up again and resent all info today. No reply. Onsite management very poor.
