Great place overall, would stay again

Really nicely decorated and furnished, very spacious overall. Overall, we enjoyed our stay there and would stay again. It was mostly comfortable, with minor issues.

− The smart lock was really finicky throughout the trip, and it locked us out our first night. The 2nd bedroom has enough space for a larger bed if not for such bulky furniture. A room that size doesn’t need 2 double wardrobes and a full size chest of drawers for a holiday let. The main bathroom had no shower curtain and shower tray is angled to leak onto the floor, meaning it caused a mess every time it was used. The en suite shower was much better as enclosed, but still leaks in a corner. Both ventilator fans in the bathrooms are full of dust and mold.

− The bed in the master's bedroom didn't have a blanket underneath (between the duvet) it was uncomfy also that the mattress kept moving. There was also a smell of smoke.

I only liked the location because the apartment was close my parents!

− I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding the flat I booked in Malta for my parents, for which I paid €1960. The experience was far from satisfactory, and the condition of the accommodation and service provided were unacceptable. Issues with the Property: Shower Issues: The shower was leaking, its glass was unsafe, and the entire fixture was unstable. Electrical Problems: The power switches in the rooms were not functioning on the first day. Lack of Amenities: There was no washing machine, and I do not recall being informed of this at the time of booking. Service Failures: Inconsistent Communication: When I requested a change of towels and sheets, I was given conflicting answers—first being told it was possible, then being told otherwise—with no clear resolution. Privacy Violations: On two separate occasions, a staff member entered my parents' flat without permission. Despite my complaint and assurance that the matter would be investigated, I never received any follow-up or explanation. The repeated violations of privacy, coupled with the poor service and substandard property conditions, have caused immense frustration. This experience has been deeply disappointing and far below the standards expected, particularly for the amount paid. Resolution Requested: Given the severity of the issues, I am requesting a full refund for the booking. I trust this matter will be treated with urgency, and I expect someone to contact me promptly to resolve this issue.

− The bedroom had a horrible musty smell and the walls had mold on them. We left a day early because of how bad the mold was in the bedroom where we were sleeping. Also the kitchen didn’t have proper cooking pans and there wasn’t even an oven mitt to take out hot plates. I would not stay here until they take care of the mold issues.
