− Ανασφάλεια, πολυ φασαρία απο την κεντρική λεωφόρο. Η τιμή δεν ανταποκρίνεται στις προσδοκίες. Οι φωτογραφίες δεν ανταποκρίνονται στην πραγματικότητα. Το διαμέρισμα μυριζε μούχλα μολις εκλεινες τα παράθυρα. Τα παντζούρια του μπαλκονιού ήταν χαλασμένοι οι μηχανισμοί και δεν έκλειναν.
