9.0L'appartement est très bien situé au centre de Puerto,, proche du terminal des bus, de commerces et de l'océan et bien orienté avec vue sur Teide les jours de beaux temps. L'immeuble est très propre et le personnel à l'accueil avenant et serviable. Un billard se trouve dans le hall d'accueil (1€la partie) et des jeux de société peuvent être mis à disposition. L'appartement est très bien agencé avec beaucoup de rangements, les appareil électroménagers nécessaires et de bons couteaux (je le souligne, car c'est plutôt rare je trouve). Il est calme, malgré la faible des murs. La petite table sur le balcon est appréciable. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.
− Situé au centre-ville, le week-end, des nuisances sonores nocturnes et ponctuelles peuvent perturber le sommeil. Mais rien de bien grave. L'appartement ne contient pas de chiffons et produits d'entretien ou lessiviel. Le loquet de la porte coulissante du balcon ne fonctionne pas. Mais l'appartement étant situé au 6ème étage, il n'y a pas trop de risque d'intrusion.

7.0Die Wohnung war hell, neu eingerichtet und sauber.
− Die Ausstattung mit Geschirr und Besteck war spärlich. Es fehlte Kaffeemaschine, die durch eine Espressokanne nach Reklamation nachgeliefert wurde. Als Kaffeetassen gab es zusammengstopselte Haferl, wurden auch auf Reklamation ersetzt. Kein vernünftiger Dosenöffner, die Grundausstattung spartanisch. Zur Selbstversorgung nur bedingt geeignet. Es fehlten Geschirrtücher und Spüllappen/Spülschwämme, wurden selbst gekauft. Pfannen , Töpfe bedürfen Erneuerung. Kein Hinweis auf WLAN-Anschluss und Password musste erst erfragt werden. TV-Gerät mit FireTV-Anschlussmöglichkeit gegeben aber Stromanschluss für FireTV-Stic musste über Mehrfachdosenleiste improvisiert werden, dazu schwache Datenleitung. Keine Anleitung zu Mülltrennung. Die Unterkunft hat meine Erwartungen teilweise erfüllt. Zusammenfassend verbesserungsfähig.
