Love the care and attention put into the design of the house. It's very clear this is not a buy-to-let type of an affair. Brilliant little getaway place.

− Not a lot of things to fault here. The parking is a bit sketchy next to the entrance, but there is a ton of street parking around.

Sehr bequeme Betten. Viel Platz.

− Große Unordnung im Vorgarten. Stark abgenutzte und schmutzige Polstermöbel mit undefinierten Flecken, insbesondere der Sessel in der Küche, einfach ekelhaft. Schmutzige Fensterscheiben. Wenig Möglichkeiten gut Essen zu gehen. Kein Internetzugang, uninteressantes TV-Angebot.

Lovely property with lots of space and unique features. Beautifully decorated. Close to the beach, a convenient store and restaurants. We travelled as a couple and child, but with 4 rooms travelling as a larger group would be great value for the price. The enclosed front garden was perfect for our dog. Free parking could be found nearby. Lots of places to visit nearby.

− Rubbish bags were left in the garden and were the first thing we saw on entering the property. There were old tissues and lots of dust down the side of the sofa - and no Hoover to clean it out. No hair dryer. Some of the upholstery on the dining chairs was severely stained. Only 2 bowls in the kitchen. No coffee machine - i would have expected a property of this standard to have milk, coffee etc left for us (though the shop is across the road). Most of the restaurants closed early or were only open on certain days - meaning there is not much to do nearby. One of the windows in the bedroom had expanded and would not close.

Amazing house beautifully decorated and well fitted out made for a comfortable stay. Quiet at night and lots of history in the streets nearby.

− We expected more for such a pricey stay: -Cleanliness (cobwebs/dust everywhere, empty wine bottles from the last guest, tissues, crisp packets underneath the furniture). -Broken toilet brush -Broken toilet seat -Dirty dish brush -Blocked shower in ensuite -Broken side table in bathroom -No privacy in bathroom

Brilliant location - very close to the estuary front and the property is seriously impressive. Incredibly characterful and full of extra touches and flair that really made our stay.

− No notable downsides. Great property, location and upkeep.
