Immaculately clean and well equipped property. Instructions for using fixtures, lights etc. Warm welcome from the owner, who made sure we had enough space to park our extra long van.

− The property is on a main road, so there is some traffic noise. We knew this when we booked and the double glazing was very effective so it wasn't an issue for us.

A comfortable and relaxing stay

Clean and tidy, with comfortable seating area and spacious bedrooms. Toilet facilities were satisfactory. It was good to have access to the back garden where we could hang our wet clothes.

− It could be better if the whole bnb was on the ground floor.

Short weekend break and loved staying here. I will hopefully be booking again next year.

It was beautifully decorated and the garden is stunning. My kids especially enjoyed being able to feed the owners chickens and has become a very memorable part of their stay here.

Great location, easy to find and get to straight off the motorway with everything needed for a weekend stay provided (other than charcoal for the barbecue).

− The garden was not advertised as shared and it was open with next door (the owners of the property) and their 4 children who were out a lot and playing. Having a barbecue out in the garden made it awkward as we had to make it clear to the children that they needed to stay away to avoid being burnt as the parents were never seen, which felt very odd for us to be having to tell them. The bath towels were very small, certainly not bath sheets and struggled to wrap around my body (size 8/10 f). The house was clean other than a few cobwebs in each room that could’ve been cleaned away.

Lovely home, the hosts were very friendly and gave us help when needed. Would definately like to stay there again as a good distance from where we needed to be.

Beautiful accommodation - perfect for exploring the Cheltenham/Cotswolds area.

If you are looking at this property today - do not hesitate- just book! I left it yesterday and it lived up to my hopes having viewed it on the website. Its a great size for up to 4 people. Spacious, airy and beautifully decorated. View out over a garden with hens you can feed! Was a delight to eat in using the super kitchen , then sit at the table looking out into the garden .Location was off a main road , close to bus stop, direct route in to Cheltenham. Also close to GW steam train with lovely ride out to Broadway. Good car parking. Beside a fabulous garden centre. Well positioned for a stay in the area.Hosts answered any questions within minutes! Good recommendations for places to visit and for transport routes.
