Loved balcony overlooking ocean. Nice full kitchen but no coffee. Loved all the supplies- beach chairs etc. loved the fact we had our own little beach front without crowds. Loved that we could park here(on a busy road with zero parking).
− The complex is a little worn out and old. We didn’t use the pool but it looked a bit old. The AC in master bedroom is hard to operate. I think I was supposed to empty some water? Ended up with water on floor, soaking my luggage. Don’t store stuff on floor in bedroom w AC!

Beautiful views, very private feel. The condo had everything we could possibly need. There is a small beach on either side of the complex. The pool and hot tub were very nice. As a bonus ikes sandwich shop is down next to the pool
− Traffic of course its alii drive. And trash pick up day nothing of which are in the owners control

The location is amazing — right in front of the beach, and the view is fantastic! It also has a swimming pool and a jacuzzi.
− There are too many items stored in the kitchen cabinets and the bedroom, so the space feels cluttered. The washer and dryer are also quite old. The washing machine drum has an unpleasant odor, and the lint filter container attached to the dryer door came loose and fell inside the drum.
