Ligt prima op de Venntrilogie route. Er zijn hier weinig betaalbare faciliteiten. Appartement is ruim, netjes en mooi ingericht. Goede bedden en slaapkamers die afzonderlijk zijn af te sluiten. In de keuken zijn allerhande keukenapparatuur aanwezig. Goed internet.

− Bij binnenkomst hing er een vieze lucht, veroorzaakt waarschijnlijk doordat er veel regen viel en het riool te ruiken was vanuit de badkamer. Even de douche aan en een raampje open verhielp dit, en het is ook niet echt te voorkomen dus prima. Verder ligt het appartement aan een redelijk drukke weg. 'S nachts heb je hier geen last van.
