2.0El punto fuerte del apartamento es la situación. Está prácticamente en primera línea de playa y es cómodo. El edificio esta bien.
− Me gustaria compartir con detalle lo que no nos ha gustado porque a mi me hubiera gustado saberlo: 1. La llegada se hace cogiendo las llaves de un cajetin, lo cual hubiera sido muy cómodo si no fuera porque es la primera vez que las ponen escondidas lejos de la casa y con instrucciones poco claras. 2. Cobran 400e de fianza para cubrirse, pero el que se hospeda está totalmente desprotegido. La casa se publica con piscina (punto que marcó la diferencia a la hora de reservar...) y horno. La piscina estaba averiada sin fecha próxima de reparación y el horno es un microondas. Por otro lado, todos los muebles del interior son super viejos y no muy cuidados.. por lo que no hay nada que valga los 400e (excepto la propiedad en sí misma claro). Cuando escalamos el problema de la piscina, primero se desentendieron indicando que ellos como van a saber si se estropea. Tras contestar que claro que tienen que saberlo porque anuncian un servicio que no dan...la solución que nos dieron fué que entraramos a otra urbanización (sin darnos llave) por tanto... nunca pudimos entrar. Pedimos que se nos compensara por el servicio no recibido y en este caso han dejado de responder. Por cierto, hace 1 semana y un dia que nos hemos ido y sigo sin haber recibido mi fianza de vuelta. Tampoco modificaron el anuncio para próximas reservas indicando que no hay ni piscina (temporalmente al menos) ni horno. 3. Cocina vieja, limpieza por encima, por lo que los muebles estaban con restregones de grasa, la ducha que le cuesta tragar, el WC suelto, la funda del sofá y los cojines olían muchísimo a cerrado... Si la casa estuviera cuidada y el trato hubiera sido correcto volveríamos encantado, pero ambas cosas han sido una decepción.
