7.0Przestrzenne pomieszczenia. Dość sprawny kontakt z właścicielem.
− Brak czystości w pomieszczeniach ( kurze na framugach, brudne lustro. Widać że sprząta się szybko i niedokładnie ).Zepsuta armatura w łazience. Niby wanna jest a nie można z niej korzystać gdyż korek nie działa. W opisie są podane dwa telewizory, przy czym jest tylko ieden. Schody się chwieją i przy większym nacisku można z nich spaść. Podróżując z małym dzieckiem odradzam. Nie domyte naczynia pozostawione do naszego użytku. Zostaliśmy posądzeni o ściągnięcie okna w łazience a to nie miało miejsca. Dopiero po wyjaśnieniach dziwnym trafem okno trafiło na miejsce. Pobyt kosztował 4300 za 7 nocy i uważam że cena jest nieadekwatna do warunków.

− La saleté de l'appartement, 3h00 de ménage à deux le soir de notre arrivée . Manque cafetière, verres (3 pour 4 personnes), plaque du four a changer car complètement détériorée

9.0Bylo fajn že ubytovat jsme se mohli sami klíče umístěné v trezoru a popis vyzvednutí bylo super. Lokalita taky fajn vše schůdné jak autobusem, tak z Bormii trajektem. Byli jsme s dětmi a celkově pobyt jsme si užili.
− V kuchyni by bylo fajn mít nějaké mísy a misky, chyběla vařečka, obracečka. Ostatní vybavení bylo dostačující prázdninovému provozu. Klimatizace v kuchyni byla pro spodní patro málo, ale vyloženě zima nebyla když se hodila mikina a dlouhé kalhoty. Pláž Rinella bay nebyla nic extra ale byla to jediná láž v blízkém okolí. Na pláži byl nepořádek.
