A perfect place in a beautiful country and region

Pools, breakfast, greenery, cleanliness, staff, beautiful large functional house with terrace and air conditioning, two bathrooms, two bedrooms, scenery, parking with rules, perfect management of sunbeds for guests and outsiders.

LA POSIZIONE

− In particolare il ns appartamento era attaccato all'interrato dove si svolgevano le attività delle donne delle pulizie e dei manutentori; quindi davvero troppo rumore già dalle otto di mattina. Il materasso era comodo ma le doghe in materiale sintetico scricciolavano in modo molto fastidioso. Altro difetto importante è stata la presenza di tanti tafani che ci hanno pizzicato continuamente, lasciandoci grossi bozzi molto fastidiosi. Consigliamo alla stuttura di mettere, come abbiamo trovato in altri centri termali, le apposite casette con feromoni che attraggono e instrappolano questi insetti. I bagnini addetti alle piscine non si sono dimostrati particolarmente cordiali ed accoglienti

Belle Terme consigliate alcune cose da migliorare o modificare

Le Terme sicuramente sono state create bene, gli alloggi molto ampi e confortevoli. le due piscine molto confortevoli e ampie. Il ristorante - una sola volta - con un prezzo fisso e qualità buona. I luoghi esterni ben curati e puliti. Il parcheggio esterno in parte coperto ben gradito. Le persone alla Reception sempre cortesi.

− La cosa che non mi è piaciuta di più è la possibilità di fumare in zona piscine, ci hanno messi senza chiedercelo in una zona senza divieto. Il wifi era piuttosto scarso e il citofono interno anche se segnalato non è stato riparato. Alla reception se pur molto cortesi non ho avuto risposte su alcune segnalazioni o richieste per la cucina dell'appartamento. Sarebbe meglio coprire interamente il posto auto perché viste le intemperie pesanti salverebbero le auto dalla grandine o altro. I posti sono abbastanza sufficienti ma se arrivano esterni giornalieri potrebbe essere un problema e lasciare l'auto scoperta.

Posto stupendo ,pulito e ben organizzato come servizio, appartamenti nuovi e ben organizzati. Ottimo anche per i cani.

− L' unica pecca che posso trovare ma che la struttura potrebbe evitare è il fatto di permettere di entrare nelle piscine ai bambini che portano ancora il pannolone soprattutto in quella termale, Il bambino così piccolo non per colpa sua non si trattiene dalle deiezioni e visto che alcuni genitori non ci pensano a certe cose oppure se fregano potrebbero essere i bagnini ad evitare queste situazioni, non è una critica ma un consiglio per evitare forse delle situazioni spiacevoli per gli altri bagnanti che sono li per rilassarsi.
