− Terrible cheap bes, o tv connection for either local tv or streaming services, more than basic kitchen equipment, bathroom in need of major overhaul, no windows. Overpriced

− There is no view from the window and there is little natural light.

1.0The property is relatively close to Bogatell beach
− When we arrived the living room was completely under water as the AC unit was leaking. The floors were clearly damaged so this was not a new issue. They couldn’t send anyone out to fix it due to it being the weekend so our entire stay was very unpleasant as we had to choose between overheating or wet floors. They only offered a 25% refund which I thought should have been a full refund. In addition the house was very poorly equipped with cleaning utensils. No towels or sponges etc. this made keeping the place clean and tidy very hard - which is funny as they request you clean all your dishes before leaving! The property was depressing and a real dampener on our stay in Barcelona - I would not stay here again even if it was free.
