10.0Appartamento ristrutturato da poco, molto accogliente e luminoso, ottimo anche dal punto di vista della posizione. Da consigliare assolutamente. Noi ci torneremo sicuramente!

8.0Le studio est remarquablement situé, très bien équipé, calme et propre.
− La disposition du lit : situé dans une mezzanine, il est accessible par un escalier en bois plutôt raide. Pas de place autour. C’est spécial et cela ne nous a pas plu.

− Huoneisto haisi homeelle, sänky oli kasattu sidonta liinalla ja epämiellyttävä nukkua. Huono selkäinen olisi ongelmissa. Huoneistossa ei ollut pesuaineita vaikka niistä mainittiin että on.

8.0Top für zwei Personen, sehr sauber und tolle Lage nah an mehreren Vaporetto Linien. Schöne, etwas weniger überlaufene Umgebung. Nette & schnelle Kommunikation mit Gastgeber Pietro. Gut ausgestattete Küche.
− Kleinigkeiten in der Ausstattung waren nicht ganz optimal, haben wir weitergeleitet und nach unserem Eindruck von Pietro wird er das schnell beheben. Vor der Eingangstür wird öfter geraucht, das muss man beim Lüften zeitlich abpassen.
