− Only one lounge area, to get to the conservatory you went through a bedroom unless you went outside and back in through a garden door.

8.0Amazing location and great facilities in the house, we lived the BBQ house which was perfect to sit round and catch up with the family.
− It is next to a pub, ideal for some but not all. You walk through bedroom to get to conservatory, mostly ok, but the BBQ room offset this little comment!
