Nice and cozy apartment for those who can sleep soundly

The building is old and solid, located not far away from center. The door to the building is beautiful. The location quite satisfied our needs. The apartment is clean, light and space full. It has high ceilings. The renovation is quite fresh and tasteful. I like that it has a washing machine and air conditioner. The kitchen is equipped. Everything needed is in here. And there are instruction of how to use everything - very convenient There are restaurants in the area. The host was very nice and meet us in front. We communicated earlier, cause were not sure about arriving time cause of the roads. She was friendly and sweet, show us everything needed.

− The parking information is not quite accurate. It has parking slots on the street (once with white marks are free for Florence residence and others with blue - hourly paid) which are taken for most of the time, unpredictable. So the host kindly recommends to use Firenze Parcheggi Parking. Paid parking is € 15 per day and located at ±8 min walk from building. But the streets are paved stones, so it's not a pleasant walk with suitcases under the sun. It's underground floor apartment, so the windows located right under the ceiling, which is foot level on the street. So if someone passes by the street near the building - it's near your windows, and it's loud and sounds like someone is walking right next to you in your apartment. I didn't get how close the windows (also didn't want to close all of them completely - want to have oxygen), so sometimes I woke up at night with a feeling that someone broke into an apartment - which was just someone passing by the street. Truth to be told - there are earplugs near the bed, but I can't sleep with them, my ears hurt. So this part of our stay was disturbing. I always do my best to keep the apartments clean after the stay, but I'm not happy with the request to take all the trash when leave, considering € 80 cleaning bill including in price. And each city/country has its own rules for separating waste, which can be confusing (if you're traveling a lot and through many places, trash is not the subject you want to focus). Overall we had a lovely stay, but I would not choose this apartment again cause I couldn't get a good night sleep cause of the loud noise.

الشقة تتكون من غرفتين ومطبخ ودورة مياه واحدة لا يوجد صالة معيشة الشقة نظيفة ومكتملة صاحبة الشقة لطيفة ومتعاونة الموقع يبعد عن السنتر 17 دقيقة مشي مواقف السيارات تبعد 650 متر وتكلفتها لليوم 15 يورو

− الشقة في البدروم وليست في الدور الأرضي كما كنت اعتقد السكن في البدروم كئيب نوعا ما لا يوجد صالة معيشة وتتوفر صوفا مقعدين في الغرفة الرئيسية اعتقد يمكن اعادة التصميم لتشمل مكان اكبر للجلوس لمن لديه سيارة ويرغب في مكان ليس بعيد وقريب من مواقف تعتبر مناسبة عدد قليل من المطاعم والمقاهي حول الشقة

The location and amenities worked for us. Loved the look and design of the space The single bathroom could be a problem for a larger group. Overall the space is beautifully designed and has a great vibe and connectivity. We were happy with our stay.

− Basement room, while not a dealbreaker the space could do even better with proper/ full sunlight. Don't think the listing itself mentions that.

Apartment was very clean, attractive , well supplied, and in a safe building/ residential area. 15-30 minute walk to most tourist attractions. 10-15 minute walk to two supermarkets and several convenience stores, 20 minute walk to railroad station. Also city buses stop right on the corner. There was even a shop where I could buy a sim for my phone right around the corner. Washing machine and all appliances in the kitchen; comfortable bed. Cristina and Marcello were both very welcoming and helpful. Cristina left helpful tourist brochures, and info on how to contact taxi and medical services if needed.

− The apartment is very bright and cheerful, despite being on the basement level. However, as mentioned in some of the reviews , there’s a lot of noise from the street. Fortunately, as I’m a city dweller and heavy sleeper , it didn’t bother me, but I can see how it could put some people off. Also it’s a little difficult and claustrophobic not being able to see outside the windows ; you can’t get a sense of the weather forecast at all,and have to rely on checking it on TV or your phone. Again since this was a temporary stay it was ok.

Everything was perfect. Good location for reaching city centre by walking. Every details are available at the home that you may need. If I visit Firenze again I would like to stay there.

We really enjoyed our stay here, the place was very clean and nicely decorated. Everything was great and the place had everything we needed. The check in was easy and the host was lovely.
