1.0− AC went out first night, roaches , no toilet paper in the bathrooms

1.0The location and the valet service worked really well
− Everything. It was FULL of cockroaches, it was dirty when we arrived, the ac neither the tv were working, maintenance had to come but during the first day it was not fixed. The furniture in the balcony was broken. The furniture was not the same as the one published in the post. During the whole first day the owner did not answer when we need to contact because of the issues. The walls and doors were terribly damaged. 0 maintenance in the apartment
I will never stay there again!!

− One of the bedrooms had no door; broken beds; mattress were all terrible; missing utensils and apartment was dirty. We asked for a compensation and had no return about it. They did called maintenance to fix some issues but our first night was more than terrible.
