6.0Die Wohnung war groß und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Küche war gut ausgestattet (bis auf fehlende Kaffeemaschine). Betten waren bequem. Für unsere Zwecke völlig ausreichend.
− Die Wohnung wirkt vernachlässigt: 1. Klinke von Badezimmer und Schlafzimmer lösten sich. Somit konnte die Türe zum Bad nicht geschlossen werden. 2. Tapete löste sich an einer Stelle von der Wand. 3. Der Backofen war dreckig bei Ankunft. 4. Mobiliar in die Jahre gekommen.

− Ausstattung entspricht nicht den Angaben und Bildern. Kaffeemaschine kaputt mit gebrauchtem Pad. Kaffeedrücker im Schrank mit eingetrockenem Kaffeesatz. Im Kühlschrank noch Lebensmittel. Hundegebell aus Nachbarwohnung Tag und Nacht.
