The location is very good and the facility is spacious

− Facility is not maintained, walls closets, water taps, etc. Shower not comfortable at all neither the toilet. Accessories are broken even the towel holder. Water seem leaking all the time but maybe from shower, Shower dirty, utilities old, and bad quality, bed broken, I had to fix it, the 2 extra beds are only for kids of less than 8 years we had to share beds

− It definitely could use some renovation. Cleaner was not thorough

If you just need to sleep somewhere don’t care about anything else this is perfect.

The price was the only positive and availability. Location was ok. Beds were comfortable

− Instructions to get to place was followed with a video call but was dropped at wrong location. No taxi would find this place. After being told by owner wrong address he wanted us to pay for golf cart to take our bags to right place. Expect no soap, ironing board is an antique iron broken. Door for second room was locked and expected me to sleep in same bed with mum. Took over 30 mins to get the second door open. So was really one bedroom to start with. Everything needs to be cleaned before being used in kitchen. It is a guest house and not hotel remember that I was told.

Location is great. Bedsheets clean.

− Bathroom horrible. Dirty. Got worms in the shower. All cutlery unclean. Extra pillows available but no cover for them. 3 towels clean. 2 towels dirty.

Excellent location and spacious guest house in Batroun old town.

The guest house is big and spacious. It fit our family of 4 very Comfortably! There’s a furnished kitchen. The location is EXCELLENT ! It’s a 2 minute walk to the bahsa beach where you can enjoy a full day of swimming and good food. it’s a 5 minute walk to the old souk where you shop around for nice souvenirs and have an amazing dinner and excellent lemonade. Lady of the sea and the Phoenician wall is right around the corner, we went for a quick visit in the morning and it’s so gorgeous.

− It needs a little care and maintenance and it could be excellent. And maybe a little deep clean of the washroom and some fixing. There’s no parking in the old town, so you must find a parking outside and walk in with the luggage so plan accordingly or grab a tuctuc to drive you in.
