The location,and the size of the apartment

− When we arrived, we were told the key had to be collected from a shop 400 metres away. We are both 67 years old and had just arrived with our luggage — this was already an inconvenient and unexpected surprise, particularly given the standard and price point of the property we had chosen. When my wife got to the shop, the code we had been given simply didn’t work. She showed the staff her booking confirmation and all the relevant details, but they refused to help and would not hand over the key. We then called the host’s contact, who told us the code should now be working — so my husband walked back to the shop. It still didn’t work. After about an hour of walking back and forth, we finally received a new code that actually worked. On top of it we notice mold problem in the bathroom. It was quite bad and stink the apartment with moldy scent

Ok for a short stay - if you are only sleeping there. No long stay parking close by, ended up with a ticket.

It was spacious

− Long wait to get in, incorrect codes when trying to get keys, delayed by 3 hours. Dirty marks & stains. Could do with a paint refresh.

Very clean and spacious. Location is excellent many shops and restaurants are near by. Receptionists are very nice and helpful.

La posizione tranquilla ma centrale ad Arlington road

− Le tende del soggiorno dove c'era il divano letto non erano oscuranti e la notte c'era tanta luce che proveniva da fuori. Anche nella camera da letto c'era un lucernario e la mattina alle 6.30 c'era già tanta luce
