7.0I liked the location, very much central in downtown Montalcino.
− It wasn't very clear that the apartment has specific rooms (similar to hotel) with common areas/shared amenities like kitchen tables etc. We were only here one night but it wasn't a problem.
Molto deludente rispetto alle aspettative. Struttura vecchia e buia. Colazione proposta in modo fuorviante.
2.0La posizione molto comoda e la pulizia della camera.
− Sia gli spazi comuni sia la camera risultano molto bui e avrebbero bisogno di una ristrutturazione. Il servizio di pulizia viene comunicato essere tutti i giorni alle 10:00, ma se si lascia la stanza a quell’ora e si rientra verso le 11:30, può non essere ancora stata fatta e non lo sarà più fino al giorno dopo. La parte più deludente è stata però la colazione, proposta come “convenzionata” con il bar di fronte, da pagare a parte in contanti (14 € al giorno a camera, quindi 7 € a persona). In realtà al bar scoprirai che comprende solo quattro prodotti in totale (due a testa, ad esempio cappuccino e cornetto). Senza convenzione la stessa colazione costerebbe circa 3 €, come confermato dal barista, mentre con la convenzione si spende più del doppio. Quando abbiamo fatto notare la sproporzione, la gestione ci ha risposto che “non possono sapere cosa prendono gli ospiti, qualcuno magari ordina anche un bicchiere di vino”. Una giustificazione che appare piuttosto discutibile, anche perché se davvero un ospite ordinasse Brunello di Montalcino a colazione, basterebbe specificare che non è incluso, invece di far pagare a tutti una tariffa gonfiata. Un peccato, perché basterebbe più trasparenza e professionalità per offrire un’esperienza corretta e rispettosa dei turisti — italiani e stranieri. Non lo consiglio.

9.0La posizione è centralissima. La proprietaria gentilissima e a disposizione. Camere vintage ben curate e con vista su strada principale.
