Pathetic policies of property
1.0Everything was immaculately done. Very artistic work inside the facility
− Policy of the hotel. They didn’t ask for any payment at check-in. At the time of check out they said they don’t accept credit cards. They even refused to accept dollar. This was devastating. They should mention such harsh conditions before booking. It’s the responsibility of Booking.com to also register such properties where policies are clear and generally suitable to clients. It’s embarrassing too facing such a situation at checkout when you are more concerned to catch a flight for next destination.
