− Logement peu entretenu, voire sale pour certains points (sol poussiéreux, poubelle de cuisine sale, wc peu accueillant, abat-jour et tv poussiéreux avec toiles d'araignées, rideaux intérieurs tachés ou sales, porte de cabine de douche non nettoyée, ...) avec un équipement minimal. Photos non conformes. Dans ce contexte, le linge de lit aux motifs multicolores n'est pas rassurant. L'agressivité du propriétaire informé de ces observations.
