8.0− Mancavano la lavatrice e la lavastoviglie. La biancheria da letto era bianca e piena di macchie. È bello avere letti bianchi e puliti, ma quando sono macchiati non fanno più lo stesso effetto. Se non riesci a tenere la biancheria pulita, perché offrire ai clienti il colore bianco? Abbiamo dovuto spostare un po' il letto. Sotto il letto era sporco, come se non fosse stato pulito per un anno intero.
