10.0We’re currently staying in Diani Beach, and honestly, this hotel has completely exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, everything just felt right. The location is absolutely beautiful — it’s relaxing, and perfectly situated close to the beach. You really get that tropical paradise feeling as soon as you step in. What stood out to us the most is the service. Every single member of the staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. You can tell they genuinely care about making your stay special, and that makes such a big difference. The hotel itself is very well maintained. The pool area is fantastic — clean, spacious, and perfect for just relaxing and enjoying the sun. We’ve spent quite a bit of time there, and it never feels overcrowded or noisy. Our room has also been great. It’s comfortable, nicely designed, and very clean. The air conditioning works perfectly, which is honestly essential here, and everything just feels well thought out and convenient. Food and overall atmosphere have been amazing as well. It’s just one of those places where you can truly switch off, relax, and enjoy every moment without worrying about anything. And the best part? We genuinely don’t have anything negative to say. Everything has been smooth, easy, and enjoyable from start to finish. We are really, really enjoying our time here and could absolutely see ourselves coming back. So if you’re thinking about visiting Diani Beach and looking for a place to stay — this hotel is definitely worth considering.

− I was not able to check In my host told me they had already booked in another guest. Had to hoover around looking for another apartment with luggages
