Plenty of covered parking space. Receptionist and security guards were always friendly and collaborative. Building was well mantained. Elevators could use a bit more maintenance. Air conditioning units worked, but one was leaking drops of water on the couch.

− Found that the property finally assigned was not the same as advertised in reservation photos and the owner did not provide a clear reasonable reason for changing it last minute. A lower quality property was given than the advertised, and hidden charges were applied when paying with a credit card. Too loud outside. Property in front of bars that were opened until 3am or 4am with super-loud music playing constantly. Shower handle mixer was broken.

The pictures of the place were accurate. Antonio was easy to work with. However there was no "Sea View" as the description suggested. I feel like I was ripped off.

− Apartment had roaches in the refrigerator and microwave. I had to scrub the refrigerator in able to use it. The cleanliness of the bathroom was unacceptable. The fact that I paid as much as I did and couldn't use the kitchen do to insects was unacceptable.

Todo muy bien. El anfitrión muy amable y servicial. Nos recomendó varias cosas para hacer nuestra estadía más agradable como por ejemplo el restaurante Hamilton, comímos ahí delicioso. El apartamento es muy hermoso y bien equipado. Está muy cerca a la playa y al supermercado que nos encantó la variedad de comida. Volveríamos a hospedarnos ahí. Muchas gracias
